Prior to his move to Chicago in 2013, Josh worked for the Technology Association of Georgia. He was introduced to the business side of working at startups—and wanted to learn more. Ultimately, he sought a company that embodied his values, and in 2014, Josh started at Rocketmiles, managing the Customer Service Team.
In a typical day, Josh interacts with people all across Rocketmiles. He guarantees that new employees have the tools they need to be successful at the company and puts in place the processes to hire top talent. Josh meets frequently with team leads to discuss their position needs, and also plans team-building events for Rocketmiles staff.
