Anne received her master's in writing and journalism and worked in marketing and social media after graduating. When her college friend—and Robly CEO—suggested she join his Communications Team, she was happy to accept the opportunity, confident that her verbal and marketing experience was a perfect match for taking on the new role.

Anne teaches the Customer Support Team how to attend to customer needs quickly and courteously. She helps her team to practice professionalism and problem-solving with real transcripts and calls, and she collects user feedback in order to resolve Call Center and web issues, enhancing Robly’s support and online services.
