Computer programming was Adam's childhood dream, and his passion for user-made content, gaming, and creating interactive platforms and systems never wavered. Adam discovered ROBLOX at a Maker Faire booth and started a conversation with the company's CEO. Adam soon joined the company, sold on ROBLOX's imaginative platform and vision.
Before his teams arrive, Adam begins working independently on business projects from his workload. Later in the morning, he meets with all team members to define development roadblocks, receive updates, identify future goals, and provide prompt help where needed. The remainder of Adam’s day is filled with product and planning meetings—and continued afternoon discussions.
“Be true to yourself. Bring your passion and let it shine through.”
“The one quality that makes people successful here at ROBLOX is depth—people that are capable of diving deep on a problem, sinking their teeth into it, being passionate about it, and following it through to the end.”
