Dallas began practicing gymnastics at the age of four—which eventually led to her becoming a gymnastics recruit at UC Berkeley. While studying in college, a fellow student-athlete recommended her for an internship at Riviera—and Dallas dove into the role the same way she’d dove into her training. She ended up loving the work and was hired full time after she graduated.
Dallas spends a lot of her time attracting potential candidates for Riviera’s client companies. Using various channels on the web as well as Riviera's internal data sources, she fully researches each company and compiles detailed dossiers, analyzing information on her clients' missions, locations, and cultures. Then, Dallas uses her analyses to find and engage with potential candidates to see if they're interested in the positions her clients are seeking to fill.
