Tiffany’s Story
How Cities Work
Growing up, Tiffany wanted to be an architect, but after studying architecture and urban planning at MIT, she realized her interest in design spanned beyond physical buildings. Cities—how they’re constructed and how they expand—fascinate Tiffany. At Remix, her work incorporates design, cities, and technology, merging all of her passions.

Tiffany’s day begins at 9 AM. She spends mornings talking to city planners, discussing ways the planners can use technology to make their processes more efficient. After lunch, Tiffany meets with her team. When the day is done, she joins other Remix employees in the office kitchen. They eat pie together and go out for drinks.

“I’m really excited about the future of cities. There’s so much opportunity to improve the way land use and transportation are planned, and how zoning is done. And this applies to cities all over the world—not just in the U.S.”
