Madeline found out about Reformation through their Instagram. After walking into the SoHo store, she knew she wanted to work there and immediately applied. Madeline started as a part-time sales representative, but after realizing the opportunities to grow, she joined the team full-time. Not long after, she was promoted to Assistant Store Manager at Reformation’s Lower East Side location.

Madeline oversees the store’s operational aspects with the goal to make sure everyone loves Ref as much as she does. She trains and onboards new employees, monitors new product shipments and markdowns, and manages the schedules of all the staff members. She also chats with customers and celebrity clients to make it a laid-back space where people want to shop and hang out.
