Steve attended California State University at East Bay, originally intending to become a teacher. He worked at a campus cafe while student-teaching, and one day serendipitously stumbled across Redbubble’s website. He felt passionate about the purpose of the company in a way that eclipsed his teaching endeavors, and decided to apply for an open position.

Steve walks into the office early each morning to enjoy tea, breakfast, and an email-answering session before the rest of the team arrives. Once everyone is in, the group meets to discuss goals for the day and brainstorm solutions for any outstanding issues. Then Steve settles in to assist customers in any way the day may require.
