Artists Around The World
Every six months, Redbubble's Melbourne Headquarters houses three new Artists in Residence from around the world. Throughout the program, the artists are encouraged to express themselves freely, collaborate with one another, and push the boundaries of their creative practices. The residency culminates with a month-long exhibition and pop-up shop that showcases the artists’ hard work and celebrates Redbubble’s commitment to spreading great art across the globe.

Redbubble’s passion for artistry is distinctively demonstrated with the Melbourne office’s open-plan design. Meeting rooms are named after CMYK and RGB color palettes with matching chairs to give people a gentle reminder to think bold. When the team isn’t enjoying a fully-stocked fridge or ping-pong and foosball tables, Redbubblers can recharge in the very popular Meditation and Daily Mindfulness room—a completely quiet space full of seats, pillows, and mid-day solace.

"To scale the team for hyper-growth of our platform, we are building an environment where every team is a 'mini-startup' with full ownership of their respective area, focusing on impact amidst constant change. Of course, 'with great power comes great responsibility,' but that’s what's so fun about it."
