Jessica happened upon Rain Bird by chance—she was between jobs and considering going back to school, but decided to apply for a job in the Customer Service Division. What’s kept her at Rain Bird are the constant opportunities to try new things and take on new responsibilities. She’s worn many hats within the company for the past 10 years—and that means that her job remains interesting and fresh.
Jessica works in Rain Bird’s commercial division, managing several different product lines. Her job is a mixture of marketing, quality control, and project management, as she works to bring new products to market that are high quality, top-performing, and exceed customers' expectations.
"Last year I had the opportunity to travel to Australia and South Africa and it was really interesting to take the products I work with day in and day out and put them in front of new people to get a view on how different markets around the world use our products."
"The irrigation industry is going to see a lot of changes in the next five to 10 years. We're seeing a lot of water shortages and droughts, and I think Rain Bird will be one of the leaders in how we'll provide irrigation solutions to combat water management issues, and I'm excited to be a part of it."
