Brent grew up under the mentorship of his uncle who went into management at a manufacturing firm after being an engineer. Following in his uncle’s footsteps, Brent became an engineer, got a master’s in business, and moved into management—first within Product Development and Marketing Team and eventually within his current role in sales at Rain Bird.
Brent splits his time between working in the office and being out in the field with clients. In the office, Brent does strategic planning for regional initiatives the team wants to accomplish. Out in the field, he works with his account managers to help show distributors and clients how Rain Bird can make their businesses better.
