Stacy started as an HR generalist right out of college, and she’s been in the field since. Though she bounced between nonprofits and for-profit organizations, Stacy stretched her skills even more when she joined Raffa as a consultant. Luckily, she’d been in Washington, DC for so long that she recognized Raffa’s name—and knew it was an opportunity worth swooping in for.
Stacy’s main goal revolves around enriching internal employee experiences—while also helping clients attract and retain talented people. To do both, Stacy builds strong relationships with every person across every team. By keeping tabs on the inner workings of all of her clients, Stacy can help expand Raffa’s involvement where possible to enable a given group to achieve even more.
