Just before graduating, Ashley was recruited by a Big Four firm. She accepted, but decided on a new direction after a few years—to event planning in Washington, DC. After her transition, Ashley built up marketing skills as strong as her financial ones. When she was ready to take another deliberate step toward the future, she combined both skillsets at Raffa.
Ashley blends communication and marketing skills to show the Wealth Management brand’s strengths to prospective nonprofits and institutions. However, she considers authenticity to be key, so Ashley deliberates before pushing every piece of content or program. She also boosts credibility by streamlining marketing operations—which doubled participation in the annual nonprofit survey she disseminates for free.
