John spends most days meeting with Radius’ Sales, Marketing, and Product Teams, sitting in on customer calls, and visiting customers and partners onsite. He helps customers get the most out of Radius’ platform so they can generate the optimum ROI from their marketing campaigns, and he also manages new products or feature launches—collecting and incorporating customer feedback to align with Radius’ platform goals.
