From college, Steve was drawn to Portland’s Pearl District and found a perfect place in R2C Group. His rise through the ranks—from media coordinator to media buyer, from account supervisor to his current role in the New Business Team—is not an unfamiliar story. R2C Group encourages employees to learn various skills with the hope a few rain-making pearls will form from the oyster.
Steve initiates the transactional brand building process by listening to client needs and helping formulate the custom solutions for each new project. When he isn’t beefing up corporate marketing materials or getting the soup-to-nuts creative services in line, he’s out prospecting clients by attending Demo Days in cities packed with potential clients.
