Chris studied computer science in school. After graduation, he worked with a software encryption company that was later acquired by a larger corporation. Chris began to feel frustrated there when he found he was only teaching—and never being taught—so he decided to move to Pure Storage, both for its educational opportunities and for its challenging, fast-paced projects.
Chris’ days differ drastically, depending on which teams he’s working with at the time for his projects. Much of his time, however, is spent in meetings, creating six-month or one-year roadmaps and ensuring projects stay on schedule through support, bug fix assistance, and design, as well as through tech reviews.
