Having studied communications in school, Maria arrived a Pulte in an entry-level position in the Document Control Center. Enamored by the culture of camaraderie that permeates the company and driven by ambition, Maria continues to prove and improve her skills, which enabled her to rise within the company to her current position as Quality Assurance Analyst.
Diving into feedback surveys and analyzing customer calls to search for areas of improvement, Maria is constantly working to figure out new ways to remove stress from the path to homeownership for Pulte’s customers. With empathy and understanding of the customer experience, Maria collaborates with her managers and colleagues to create better processes gained from their insights.
