From a young age, Chike remembers being interested in current events and how communities can work together to grow and prosper. When it came time for college, he was excited to study political science at Guelph University, and is now equally excited to work at an organization like Public Outreach that is doing something to make the world a better place.
The first item on Chike’s to-do list each morning is to make sure his team is prepared to tackle the day. He’ll gather everyone for a check-in to go over the issues that the charities they’re working with want them to focus on. He works hard to keep morale high so his team can raise as much funds as possible.
“We have a wonderful team of experienced leaders who really take their time to help you grow. They’ll walk you through things, they'll break things down for you, they'll really show you what it is that you bring to the table and then help you bring all that talent out.”
“If you're an individual or somebody who really loves the nonprofit sector, I think Public Outreach is a wonderful place to do that because you're able to work with so many different causes.”
