Stacy studied psychology and neuroscience for her bachelor’s degree. She started working in sales in the insurance industry before moving into a public relations role. Stacy came across ProviderTrust, walked into the office with her resume on hand, had an impromptu interview, and has been with the company for five years.
Stacy is usually found juggling the needs of her clients with the needs of her Client Success Team and the product she is managing. She does a tremendous job keeping all entities operating at a high level. She has regular calls with clients to coach them on how to use the software and help solve any problems that clients may face in their projects. Stacy essentially crafts the overall operations of the Client Success Team and offers her support wherever needed.
