Dale graduated from Belmont University with a degree in business. He went on to work as an operations manager for a startup in a co-working space. Dale then jumped into product management for a hardware technology company. Then, two years ago, Dale came across a job opening at ProviderTrust—and has been with the company ever since.
Dale’s days are generally split up into two different chunks. The first is operational, when Dale evaluates the situation of his department and comes up with ways to increase efficiency in delivering data to clients. The latter half is dedicated to implementing new ways to build systems that will help the department and company achieve important goals.
“One of my favorite projects was very data-intensive and involved record-linking. We spent six months creating a system that consolidated our records, and it’s had an immense impact on our operations. We even created a product that we wouldn’t have been able to before.”
“My advice to someone coming in to interview is to have a clear understanding of what they want to accomplish in their career and life. ProviderTrust values being able to partner with employees who are driven and motivated to achieve their goals.”
