After earning her BA in English and working in public, academic, and special libraries for several years, Laura went on to earn her master’s degree in special libraries and information science—before starting her career with Ex Libris. With a focus on digitization standards and preservation, Laura was drawn to Ex Libris, a cutting-edge leader in these areas.

Laura often starts her workday early to collaborate with the Israeli-based R&D Teams on her projects. She spends the rest of her day providing product information and consulting services to address customers' questions, writing articles for the support website, and performing a range of technical and project management tasks required to help ensure customer success.
