Laura has always had a deep love for libraries—and now her passion is her career. After earning her bachelor's degree in English, she immediately began pursuing her MLIS degree and working as an assistant librarian at a nearby university. With her degrees in hand, Laura returned her native Chicago to put her skills and passion to work supporting other librarians.

Laura is on the front lines, helping customers get the most from their integrated library systems. She partners with libraries all over the world to streamline workflows and troubleshoot while collaborating with the Development Team to banish bugs. Laura’s position requires her to be persistent and clever, working backwards to resolve issues at their core.
