Andrew joined Prometheus as an Assistant Neighborhood Director in 2006, which is where he discovered his passion for technology and systems. This opened the door to his first position at the Home Office as a Help Desk Analyst and put him on the path to receive several more promotions into his current role as Business Solutions Manager.
Andrew’s main goal is to make the Prometheus technology experience effortless for everyone who uses it. This involves testing software, creating workflow solutions, and managing new projects. Andrew can’t do it all alone, which is why one of his most important responsibilities is to develop and mentor the Operations Analysts on his team.
