Point B shows its appreciation for its associates as well as their partners with a fully-sponsored two-night, three-day summer getaway. Recently, Point B celebrated its 20-year anniversary by flying all 550+ associates and their partners to a fantastic resort in Nevada for a three-day stay—that’s more than 1,000 Point B-ers and their loved ones, celebrating a firm that exists for the benefit of its people.
What Point B Does
Point B 101
Point B is a 100% employee-owned firm that helps organizations form, execute, and thrive. With an integrated set of businesses that include management consulting, venture investment and advisory services, and property development, this pioneering approach delivers insights, knowledge, and follow-through at every scale. Point B’s values-based culture is recognized as the best in the industry—a culture based on open communication, transparency, and a strong ownership mentality.
Point B takes culture seriously, so much so that it assigns leadership to culture. In each of the 10 Point B offices, there's a cultural leader in charge of ensuring traditions never fall by the wayside. That extends from the big stuff—like getaways and meetings with a major fun component—to the small stuff, like one-on-one coffees, recognizing contributions, and taking care of each other through tough times.
