A seasoned creative executive, Hernan has worked in the advertising industry for over 25 years. He spent the majority of his career working as a creative director for different companies in Argentina before coming to work as creative director at PM3—and thanks to his leadership and sharp creative mind, he was eventually promoted to executive creative director.

Hernan leads the creative department, so throughout the day he can be found in brainstorming or strategy sessions with his team, while making sure that they have a supportive and collaborative environment to work in. Hernan is always thinking about top-level strategies to create unique campaigns that speak to multicultural consumers—producing creative that makes people stop, think, and take action.
