After working in finance and consulting, Heather returned to school for her MBA. What drove her to Philips Lighting was a product management position, where she could define product strategy all the way to market. Over the 10 years she’s worked at Philips Lighting, Heather has helped create innovative solutions for the company.
As a marketing leader, Heather identifies and understands the needs of various distributors and influencers, such as architects and designers. Her team devises marketing plans to explain why Philips Lighting is best suited to meet customers’ needs. They create and execute campaigns—then analyze the results. Heather enjoys her work because it combines strategic and creative thinking.
