April studied interior design in college and but had a hard time finding a company with creative range. A friend pointed her toward PGAV—and April vowed to do whatever it took to work there. She interviewed, crossed her fingers—and recently celebrated her 10-year anniversary at PGAV.
Every day, April sets out to create the perfect day for PGAV Destinations guests. That includes not only looking at the big picture but also organizing all the tiny details that make an experience personal and special. April creates experiences that prompt the guests to feel excited, inspired, and surprised the whole way through.
“I think that the multigenerational aspect of PGAV is really going to help create projects that have a lasting impact and that are more than just a pretty place.”
“There’s this culture of curiosity—you kind of become this weird trivia wonk. We end up falling into books, research, and articles because the curiosity of the people around me is just insatiable. I like that my mind is challenged while I’m here.”
