Nicole studied journalism with a marketing emphasis at Kent State University. After graduation, she took a position in public relations that morphed into account management, and found she was super passionate about that path. Searching for a company with an agency environment focused on client-facing accounts led her to Pep—and she never looked back.
Nicole, and the four teams she manages and mentors, are responsible for more than 80 brands under the Procter & Gamble client account. Daily, she meets with supervisors from each sector she oversees to set goals and ensure timely deliveries. Together they test out new and profitable business opportunities that benefit bottom lines.
