Rene started with Penske in high school as a Receptionist—and loved the team so much she decided to build a career there. After substantial roles in Finance and Sales, Rene helped CEO Greg Penske open a dealership in Rancho Santa Margarita before she moved on to lead Fleet, Internet, and Marketing at Longo Toyota.

Rene’s day starts around 7:30 AM, opening the dealership and reviewing overnight leads. She then meets with her three teams to set goals for the day and to make decisions on credit and car sales. Rene builds relationships with guests, sales staff, and vendors to ensure a cohesive work environment and happy customers.
