Jennifer graduated with a degree in business management from the University of La Verne and was offered a Manager position at a local movie theater. Wanting to explore other opportunities, she joined Enterprise Rent-a-Car. She often worked on site at Longo, where she eventually found and applied for an opportunity as a Penske Service Consultant.

Jennifer’s day begins with checking emails and reviewing the service logs from the day before. She marks carryover repairs, generates new repair orders, and hands off tasks to technicians. She then checks in new guests, fields questions, and provides follow up recommendations from service technicians, all to ensure that her guests always leave satisfied.
