Like many young men, Christian was interested in working with cars ever since he got his license at the age of 16. After studying automotive technology at Citrus College, Christian joined the service team at Toyota, and seven years later started with Longo Lexus, one of Southern California’s biggest car dealerships.
Christian’s day begins by reviewing repair orders and delegating work to his team to get cars serviced quickly and without mistakes. He then performs test drives and diagnostics to assess additional guest concerns. At the day’s end, he closes out repair orders and updates his guests on the status of their vehicle.
