Peloton’s Management Team encourages employees to work on smaller passion projects—and it believes that has a huge impact on company products. Other than the retail platform, Ryan has had the opportunity to oversee Peloton exhibits at luxury technology shows; during a Women’s Wear Daily Summit, he got to network with top CEOs in the fashion and beauty industries.
Ryan has had his hand in opening up all five of Peloton’s retail locations. Throughout the day, Ryan talks with the Retail Development Team, reviewing the needs of each store and planning out each store’s individual aesthetic. Ryan and his team plan on having eight stores up-and-running by the end of 2014, so he works with major property groups to ensure that goal becomes a reality.
