As a young company, Peloton has yet to collect the data that would allow them to set quarterly or yearly goals. As a result, the company is constantly adjusting its sales goals month-to-month. In the most recent month, the company was able to sell over 400 bikes and so next month Peloton hopes to top that by 100 bikes and see where that growth takes it.
Rita spends her time making sales over the phone, helping customers with their issues and questions, and handling product shipping to make sure everything runs smoothly. She works with a team of three people along with the Director of Operations to ensure that all Peloton customers have a good experience with the company, the platform, and the product.
