The growth that Peloton has seen in the past year is a testament to the team’s hard work and the popularity of its product. When the company first opened its eight retail locations, most people walked into its stores curious about Peloton, and didn’t quite know the company or its message. But today, people are in love with the product and obsessed with the brand.
Kristy’s work revolves around one goal—to increase sales of the Peloton Cycle. In order to do this, she and her team spend their time interacting with and building the clientele base at the store. She connects Peloton to a broad demographic of people, keeping track of every person that walks through the door and making sure every customer is helped through the purchasing process.
