Ninma moved from Hungary to New Orleans to study psychology, then attended George Washington University in Washington, DC for her master’s in public health. After graduating, and gaining a wealth of experience in the international public health arena, Ninma wanted to work with an organization that effected domestic healthcare, so she started searching the internet and came across PCORI. Once she read the company’s mission, Ninma applied right away.
Ninma’s days begin with emails and meetings and can take any kind of turn from there. She uses patient and stakeholder survey data to prepare impact reports and communicate trends that help company leadership make more informed decisions about which projects and programs to move forward with for the future.
