Chris holds a bachelor’s in human development and family studies from Pennsylvania State University and a PhD in gerontology from the University of Kentucky. He was working with a nonprofit organization when PCORI was created through the Affordable Care Act. Chris was one of the very first applicants to the company’s Dissemination and Implementation program.
Chris manages a portfolio of dissemination and implementation contracts. It’s his primary responsibility to develop funding opportunities related to the dissemination and implementation of PCORI research results. Chris aims to help patients, policy makers, caregivers, and providers make more informed decisions about healthcare.
