Prior to joining Pandora, Mike was working at LinkedIn. He was offered a great opportunity to head up the company’s Business Operations Team across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, but decided to turn it down when he heard about the opportunity at Pandora. It was a bold move, especially since he hadn’t interviewed yet, but it paid off and Mike hasn’t looked back.
Mike starts every morning with a cup of coffee as he reads through his email. More often than not, his calendar is chock-full of meetings so he always makes sure to dedicate at least an hour or two to strategize on how Pandora can further break into the music industry.
