In high school, Ryan joined Panda’s warehouse team as a young and inexperienced associate. He started picking up more accounting work, and he was eventually offered a full-time position on the Accounting Team. From there, Ryan assisted in sales audits before moving into payroll and now, ten years later, has joined Panda’s Finance Team.
Ryan is at his desk each morning by 7 AM, preparing reports for his supervisors and the Marketing Teams. His days then revolve around collaborative meetings to find financial inefficiencies in Panda’s existing processes, both in marketing strategies and store operations. His goal is to work across departments to find more efficient and cost-effective solutions.
