Mark interned with PagerDuty while he was studying electrical engineering at the University of Waterloo. When he graduated, Mark didn’t want to pursue a career as an engineer. Instead, after a talk with Alex Solomon—PagerDuty co-founder, then CEO and now CTO—Mark started out in sales and helped the rapidly growing company expand.
Mark is focused on helping PagerDuty’s biggest customers see the full value of the product. By deeply understanding his customers’ businesses and their goals, Mark makes sure they maximize all of the product’s capabilities to help drive their digital operations and reduce the risk and impacts of downtime. Mark often visits customers around North America to provide dedicated partnership.
