A native of the East Bay, Lizzy studied psychology at Sonoma State University. When she graduated a semester early, Lizzy wasn’t sure what she wanted to do, so she took a temporary job at PagerDuty as a recruiting coordinator. Within six months, Lizzy was offered a full-time sales position, where she’s thrived ever since.
Coming in each morning, Lizzy gets ready for the day with a snack and coffee before setting aside time to call potential customer contacts. Spending much of her day developing leads, Lizzy works to answer questions the contacts have about PagerDuty—with the ultimate aim of creating an opportunity for account executives to land the customer.
“I’ve been able to work hand-in-hand with some of our product leaders and really gain a better understanding of what PagerDuty does so I can better convey it to customers.”
“We have a culture of success within the Sales Team. We’re encouraged in our goals with great rewards, like our recent President’s Club sales kick-off at the Ritz in Half-Moon Bay, which was a total blast.”
