Before starting a career in sales, Lisa studied communications and education in college. After graduating, she entered the sales world in a small organization before joining the ranks at a large enterprise company. When she discovered PagerDuty, Lisa immediately noticed the great relationship between customers and the company—and that was the special factor that drew her to the team.

After her morning run, Lisa heads to the office by 8 AM and starts engaging with customers. The majority of her role involves taking customer calls and popping between meetings—which means she works as collaboratively with internal teams as she does with PagerDuty’s users. Though she enjoys all her work, creating customer success stories is a highlight of Lisa’s role.
