Joanie was doing sales at a food manufacturing company on the West Coast when she was approached by a recruiter for Pactiv. The company instantly intrigued her, and she joined as a Territory Sales Manager in Southern California. She eventually moved into project management at Pactiv, and she now leads a variety of exciting projects across the company.
The project Joanie is currently leading involves upgrading Pactiv’s go-to-market strategy for customer order policies—with an overall aim to make the process simpler and better for customers. She meets with various teams, including Finance, Logistics, and Sales, to drive the project forward and ensure that it exceeds expectations.
