After it closed, Phillip was asked to come aboard as the managing broker—and it wasn’t long before he took on an even bigger role.
Phillip’s main goal revolves around helping the Executive Team understand the path forward—which means he needs to understand consumers and agents. As a result, Phillip spends his mornings answering questions from agents across the country before stepping in to help with transaction coordination and local communications. Together, each of his responsibilities give him the insight needed to propose next steps.
