Tim worked in sales during his college summers, but gradually shifted into an MIS role while employed at companies acquired by Owens Corning. While pursuing his MBA, he was recruited by the company and given flexibility to assume roles in project management, enterprise applications, and business intelligence—as well as leading global teams.

Tim has many meetings each day with Owens Corning’s business leaders and workers to expand new ideas, address problem areas, and amp up marketing for its popular insulation and roofing products. Fully focused on moving the Owens Corning brand in different directions, Tim spices up sales with inventive marketing moves and multidimensional digital tools.
