Hailing from the San Francisco Bay Area, Scott has been building and scaling inside sales organizations for years. He worked with a few start-ups in San Francisco before relocating to Austin, where he was thrilled to find OutboundEngine. In his role as Senior Vice President of Sales, he's been able to utilize his vast sales background to coach his Sales Team to perform at the highest level.

Coming into the office as early as 7 AM, Scott creates ample opportunities for OutboundEngine’s sales reps to fortify their skills—listening in on calls, offering one-on-one feedback sessions, and setting up training with industry professionals. Scott customizes his training so that it's always applicable to each team member's personal goals.
