Rosevelt’s been in the industry for almost 21 years, and he’s still as enthusiastic about it as the day he started. He helped take his previous company to a private sale, which had his phone ringing off the hook with offers to join other organizations. Ultimately, it was OutboundEngine who closed his sale.
The early bird gets the sale—and some one-on-one time with Rosevelt. He arrives at the office around 5:30 AM, giving reps a chance to learn before the office gets hopping. After the 7 AM managers’ meeting, Rosevelt delivers a motivational message to his team and starts making the day’s sales.
