Jacqueline comes from a family of salespeople, and she was driven to follow in their footsteps. After studying international business at Texas A&M, she got a job in outside sales that eventually led to a role at a newly launched OutboundEngine in 2012. Three years later, the Customer Success Team is growing from just half a dozen members to well over 50.
Jacqueline’s day-to-day is all about communication. Whether it’s getting on the phone with customer success representatives to coach them through difficult calls or meeting with other departments to figure out how to make the OutboundEngine experience better, her main focus is to ensure that the customers are always number one.
