Growing up, Kristin wanted to dig up dinosaurs, but by college, decided instead to major in women studies, which has served her well in her current role at Optoro, where she feels much of her job is empowering the young women on her team to take hold of their careers and push themselves forward.

Kristin’s team works across both of the DC metro locations, so Kristin tries to spend a couple days a week at each office. Her main duties are to foster the careers of her team and to improve the customer service. She listens to the company’s clients and brainstorms ways to improve their experience.
