Matthew studied accounting with an emphasis on business finance. In his last semester, he took an internship that helped him realize his passion for sales and making a difference in people’s lives. Once Matthew graduated, he knew his career would develop in this industry—which is exactly what happened after an Open Systems recruiter reached out to him on LinkedIn.
Matthew puts a lot of emphasis on understanding the needs of families before connecting them with staff. He also helps grow the company’s first Home Health office for pediatric and infant care—which enriches his job and allows him to sell much more than a service. In fact, Matthew collaborates with internal Marketing and Sales Teams to introduce pediatric stuffed animal products.
