Nerys first attended Western Washington University in Seattle, but at the time, she was unsure what she would study. She ended up transferring to the University of Oregon for architecture and received her degree in product design. After graduation, she returned to Seattle, where an OpenMarket employee was able to set her up with an interview.
Nerys begins her day at home, answering emails from her company counterparts in OpenMarket’s London offices, then arrives at the office around 8 AM. Her days are filled with customer conference calls, internal meetings with Care, Product, and Customer Satisfaction Teams, and the occasional client office visit or out-of-town meeting.
