During John’s final thesis presentation for computer science, he realized he loved not only programming but also helping people understand it. He searched for a position that combined tech with client communication—and applied for a position in a company that was eventually acquired by OpenMarket, where he continues to climb the ranks pursuing his passion.

Lead Solutions Consultant
John splits his days between communicating with customers to gather insights about their wants and needs and collaborating with Tech Teams, Sales Agents, Developers, and Product Managers to ensure deliverables go out on time. He supports Sales Agents throughout the entire onboarding for each client, assisting in technical system integration and report preparation.
